Well, it's definitely not an ebook. You want people to join your list then you've got to offer them something unique and beneficial. I see so many people asking me to join their list and yet all they offer is information that I can get for free without joining their list.

They either offer and ebook that everyone and their dog is offering or they offer information that I can easily find on the search engines.

There are so many lists that I'm on that unless you offer something unique and interesting, why am I going to join your list so that I can get information that's free elsewhere?

What are some things you can offer to drive hoards of people to join your list and make them refer your list to others?

Offer something unique and informative such as an ebook that you created with unique information that people won't find anywhere else.

Offer a unique script that you've created that people can't find easily for fr.ee.

Offer something more than just information. Drive the benefits of joining your list.

Look at the process of building your list in the same way you would if you were selling something. You need to give people lots of benefits and information.

Nowadays having people give you their email address is like having them give you cash. An email address and a name along with it are worth cash because they will give you cash down the road if you treat them right.

It's not enough to put your signup form on every page of your website and have it in a popup. You should put your signup form on a full-sized page listing lots of benefits and offering something unique and informative. Heck, give it it's own domain.
