At Site-Reference we understand authors want to get the most out of their articles, and therefore we have decided to reward exclusive article providers with greater exposure, profit sharing and innovative ways of reaching new audiences through video and audio.
But First, What Qualifies As Exclusive Content?
By submitting an article to us under our Exclusive Article Benefits Program, you state that:
- You are the original author of the article and have the right to submit it.
- The article has not yet been published anywhere else online
- You will wait a minimum of 7 days from your submission to Site-Reference before you submit your article anywhere else
That’s it. If after 7 days of your Site-Reference submission, you then wish to mass distribute your article, you are free to do so. We do ask that you wait those 7 days first.
Video/Audio – What to Expect?
We convert the 2 “best” exclusive articles we receive each week into audio and video. In this case we look for high quality content suitable for conversion.
Once converted to audio/video we’ll submit your article to all the top video and podcast site. You’ll reach new audiences and thousands of additional information hungry visitors that you’d otherwise miss through traditional article submissions.
Your primary URL will be shown in the footer throughout your video and your bio will shown at the end.

Revenue Sharing Through Adsense
Two AdSense blocks are found within each article published on Site-Reference: one at the top and one at the bottom. Those that submit exclusive articles to us will be able to set their Adsense Publisher ID in the bottom block and generate cash directly from their articles. The better your article, the more views it will generate and the more $ you’ll be able to make.
Prime Homepage Exposure
Exclusive articles are the stars of our show: they are big, bolded and get the best homepage space. Your articles will get featured with its own section at the top left of the homepage for all our visitors to see.
On the other hand, general articles get listed together in our “Featured Articles” middle column which does not allow for the same level of exposure.
Your Article Sent to 100,000’s of Web Professionals
By providing us with an exclusive article you’re securing your place in our newsletter which is sent to over 220,000 avid readers. We receive nearly 1,000 articles per week and out of all those submissions we will only publish 3-5 articles in each newsletter (2 newsletters sent per week). As the newsletter is our biggest source of traffic, having your article listed here will greatly increase your exposure.

If you’re accepted into the program, follow the guidelines above for all exclusive submissions (even if you are part of this program, you may still select to submit articles through our general submissions), and provide solid, relevant content, you’ll reap the above rewards.
