What is the SR Affiliate Program?
Site-Reference.com remains a free site thanks to our sponsors. In return for their contributions, these sponsors are given advertising space within the site itself and within our newsletter.
The SR Affiliate Program is simple. Help refer new sponsors to SR and you earn 25% of their contributions!
As most sponsors contribute $2,000, $5,000 and above…that could mean $500, $1,250 or more in your pocket for every referral!
How Does This All Work?
It’s actually quite easy. Let me show you...
1) First you need to sign-up which will give you your unique Affiliate URL that contains your unique tracking number (ID). Sign-up here.
Example: http://www.site-reference.com/advertising/123/contact.php whereas the “123” is your unique Affiliate ID.
2) Using your unique Affiliate URL, you simply refer potential sponsors to us. Please see suggestion on how to below.
3) When a potential sponsor contacts us through your unique Affiliate URL, we are able to record that they came through YOU.
Note: as soon as a potential sponsor clicks your unique Affiliate URL they are cookied in our system for life which means that whether they contact us now, or a year down the road, we’ll still know they came from you and you’ll earn your commission no matter what.
4) As soon as sponsor you referred makes a contribution to SR, you get 25% of their contributions!
Note: commissions are paid on the 20th of every month for the previous calendar month’s paid referrals.
Also please note that right now we can only send $ to you via PayPal, so you must have a PayPal account to register. If you don’t have a PayPal account, get one here for quickly FREE. We are currently working on adding different payment methods so please check back with us shortly.
How Can You Spread The Word To Potential Sponsors?
These are but a few suggestions on how you can reach potential sponsors. There are many more ways so be creative as it never hurts to try...
And please remember...
...that while most sponsors opt for high-end packages ($2000+), we have sponsorships for as low as $50 and everything in between. Anyone (well almost: spammers, scammers, etc obviously not welcomed) can be SR Sponsors so tell as many people as you can.

- Word of Mouth: tell your friends, your coworkers, and people you know in the industry. Anyone that could benefit by having advertising space on Site-Reference is a potential sponsor.
- Mention SR (with your link of course) in your blog.
- Put a link to SR on your site via a banner, text, or any other way you can.
- Let your members know about us in you Ezine or newsletter.
- Use Adwords or other PPC ads to target potential sponsors.
- Any other method you can think of which isn’t spam (any spamming will result in the termination of your account).
